Excellent stay, great location
attentive staff room upgrade individual sauna
I found the staff to be genuinely focused on making my stay easy. The reception staff and housekeeping were superb. I was lucky enough to have a room upgrade. The upgraded room included an individual sauna and a bubble bath.
The boot storage area is in need of an upgrade, as it presents a structural challenge.

The hotel is centrally located at the top of the village. It is only about ten meters from skiing to the pistes. Guests can ski back to the hotel by using the Carrefour market lift.

There were many choices available. Guests could also opt for just sorbet as a lighter dessert option.

Alexis instilled excellence in all staff members, noticeable. Sebastian at reception demonstrated superb multi-language skills, very helpful. Restaurant staff and housekeeping were also very attentive and efficient.

Rooms are spacious, with lots of storage, and hangers. Even standard rooms include these features. I appreciated that I had an upgraded room and a large space with an individual sauna. spa was also accessible.

Excellent Experience at High Altitude
slope views ski access helpful staff
The family room had bunk beds facing the slopes with excellent views. The hotel location allows ski out and ski in access with a short walk and elevator. The staff was helpful and responsive especially sebastian he gave discounts for tickets.
The room temperature was slightly colder than expected .

The restaurant offered delicious food with good variety and high quality i saw yvon always ensuring guests felt comfortable he showed eagerness to please. Breakfast service was satisfactory with a reasonable selection. The bar area was cozy with good prices compared to other places in town.

The hotel is near ski slopes so you can easily return there after skiing. The hotel provides ski shop referral across the street.

underwhelming experience, service inconsistencies and missing amenities
small room unhelpful receptionist
my room was quite small, and it lacked basic things i expected. the absence of a fridge was inconvenient, and there were no body or hand creams provided. also, the younger receptionist was very unhelpful and seemed to avoid responsibility at every turn.
